About Ntombana

A name that carries meaning, a mission that carries forward.

Ntombana Communications was established in 2016 as a Level 1 BBBEE South African technology company committed to enabling organisations to achieve their strategic objectives through digital transformation and strong governance.

Our name, derived from Zulu, symbolises the importance of investing in future generations. Our logo depicts a woman — Ntombana — carrying firewood as a source of light, warmth, and nourishment, while holding hands with two children. This imagery captures the essence of how current actions shape the future we leave behind.

How CWGP helps

Visibility and control, without reading your messages.

CWGP keeps a real-time register of every corporate WhatsApp group across your organisation — who's in them, which are active, and which contain external parties. When an employee leaves, your admin gets a private, respectful list of the groups that person was part of, so nothing slips through the cracks. When a group has served its purpose, CWGP suggests archiving it.

We do this without reading your messages. CWGP only tracks group membership and activity metadata — never conversation content. Employees keep their privacy; the organisation gets its visibility.
